Processing of Medicare Rebate Claims
We are streamlining the Medicare rebate claiming process.
From Monday 22nd May, we will submit any applicable Medicare rebate claim directly to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will then pay any applicable rebate directly into your account that is nominated with Medicare.
(The nominated account can be checked or edited via the “Express Plus” Medicare app.)
This change will streamline the payment process for you, as well as removing any issues arising from the increasing use of payments via ‘smart’ devices (phones, watches, etc).
